This is to certify that as a result of a decision on nomination of liquidators being sought from creditors via the deemed consent procedure, Neil Frank Vinnicombe and Simon Robert Haskew of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 14 Queen Square, Bath, BA1 2HN having provided written statements that they are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the above-named company under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that they consent to act, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company on 4 August 2022.

The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.

Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by them jointly or by each alone.
