At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Westby, 64 West High Street, Forfar, Angus, DD8 1BJ on 11 February 2022 the following resolutions were passed; as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92-98 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584), be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
