“That Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Taylor (IP No. 21050) of Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE be and hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by them."
