Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Lloyd Christopher Biscoe (IP No. 9141) and Wayne MacPherson (IP No. 9445) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG give notice that we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 15 April 2020 by the Secretary of State.

Notice is also hereby given that creditors of the Company who have not yet proved their debts, should submit their proof of debt to the joint liquidators at The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG or by email to southend@btguk.com.
