“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Callum Angus Carmichael, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Steven Ross, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS, (IP Nos. 27190 and 9503) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
