At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Burlees House, Hangingroyd Lane, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 7DD on 26 August 2020 at 2.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
