"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Hedger (IP No 9601) of Seneca IP Limited, Speedwell Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, DE4 5FY be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that he be authorised to act jointly and separately."
