At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at No 3 Cottage, Arbikie, Inverkeilor, Arbroath DD11 4UZ on 20 December 2016, the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Grant of Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
