“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Fennessey and Blair Milne, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP Nos 26690 and 18614) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
