“That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Kelly Burton and Joanne Wright of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
