At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 10 Wades Grove, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 1BH on 5 November 2019 the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Liam Alexander Short (IP No. 14570) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
