At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Van Eeghenstraat 104a, 1071 GM Amsterdam, The Netherlands on 12 October 2022 at 2.00 pm UK / 3.00 pm Netherlands the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
