At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Valentine & Co, 1st Floor Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL on 15 December 2021 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 8838) of Valentine & Co, 1st Floor Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
