“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) and David Taylor (IP No. 13790) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
