At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW on 23 December 2019, the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special Resolutions and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Liam Alexander Short (IP No. 14570) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW and Andrew John Cordon (IP No. 009687) of Corporate Financial Solutions Restructuring LLP, 5 Old Bond Street, London, W1S 4PQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
