NOTICE is hereby given that on 2 October 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by E.ON Energy Solutions Limited, Legal Team, Floor 8, Trinity House, 2 Burton Street, Nottingham NG1 4BX for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up ICEBERG ENTERPRISE LTD having their registered office at 1357-1359 Barrhead Road, Glasgow G53 7DA and company number SC521058 and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 3 October 2017 ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
