A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 1 Cottam Lane Business Centre, Cottam Lane, Ashton, Preston, PR1 1AF, presented on 27 July 2017 by PRESTON CITY COUNCIL of Revenues Services, Finance Directorate, PO Box 30, Town Hall, Preston claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 18 September 2017, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petitioner can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention to do so to the Petitioner or his/its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 15 September 2017.
