Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 2006, the following written resolutions were passed on 6 April 2021 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) of Begbies Traynor, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
