A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Ibbys Fastfood Ltd. (08749981) of 21 Racca Green, Knottingley, West Yorkshire WF11 8AT, whose nature of business is Take-away food shops and mobile food stands, presented on Monday 15 July 2019, at 10:00 by GAZPROM MARKETING & TRADING RETAIL LTD T/A GAZPROM ENERGY, of 20 Triton Street, London NW1 3BF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 16 September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
