I, Gary P Shankland (IP No 009587) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR, and Kenneth W Pattullo (IP No 008368) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queens Gardens, Aberdeen AB15 4YD, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 11 May 2017. We, the Joint Liquidators, intend to declare and distribute a First and Final dividend to Preferential Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the above company. The Preferential and Unsecured Creditors of the above named company, who not already having done so, are required on or before 31 May 2019 (”the last date of proving”) to send their proofs of debt to Gary P Shankland, the Joint Liquidator of the said company, at Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR.

Preferential Creditors and Unsecured Creditors who have not proved their claims in the Liquidation by 31 May 2019, will be excluded from the Dividend. It is their intention to make a distribution within four months from the above date, being the last date for proving. The dividend will be the first and final dividend to Preferential Creditors and Unsecured Creditors being declared.
