Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of the Insolvency Rules (Scotland) 1986 that I, Neil Stuart Dempsey, of Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP, Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen AB15 8PU, (IP No 14030) was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company by resolution of the First Meeting of Creditors, held in terms of S138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 19 February 2018. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company’s creditors, in terms of S142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
