“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
