“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Elliot and Stuart Robb, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, (IP Nos. 22750 and 19450) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
