We give you notice of the following, in accordance with Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986.

On 25 November 2016 the above named company went into administration.

I, Adam Cosby of 48 Netherfield Road, Sheffield, S10 1RB was the director of the above named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into administration.

I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3)  of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the company-in-administration under the following name: IAM Technology Group Limited - t/a IAM Cloud (Company number 10482739).
