“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) and David Kaye (IP No. 2194) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
