NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Sterritt Business Advisory, 89 Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, Belfast, BT8 8HT on the 16 March 2020 AT 10.00 a.m. for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to closure.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of Sterritt Business Advisory, 89 Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, Belfast, BT8 8HT no later than 12.00 noon on the 13 March 2020.
