“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James E Patchett FCCA FABRP and Martin C Armstrong FCCA FABRP FIPA MBA, both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA, (IP Nos. 9345 and 6212) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately.”
