Notice is hereby given that on 20th February 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Scottish Water Business Stream Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC294924), having its registered office at 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh, EH12 9DH craving the court inter alia that Hyde N Seek (Pinochios) Ltd a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (Company Number SC534295) and having its Registered Office at Iais Level One, 211 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G11 6AA be wound up by the court and that a Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 20th February 2020 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification, and meantime, appoints Stuart Preston and Julie Tait both of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Level 8, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BX to be Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts 4 and 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
