Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 2 November 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) and Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 2 November 2022 the appointment of Tommaso Waqar Ahmad and Matthew Reeds as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
