Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of James B Kennedy & Co Ltd, Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH, on Friday 15th November 2019 at 11.00am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s Acts and Dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
