"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emma Dowd (IP No. 17650) and Fiona Grant (IP No. 9444) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
