At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 11 September 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution: That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company is wound up voluntarily and That Philippa Smith and Kate Elizabeth Breese of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9AT, provisionally be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up pending the decision date of the liquidation at Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9AT on 11 September 2018.
