Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the Company held on 26 March 2021 on the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stacey Brown (IP No. 17950) and Matthew James Chadwick (IP No. 9311) both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
