At a General Meeting of the members of the Company, duly convened and held on 26 October 2020 at 10.00 am at Aynsley House, Common Road, Low Moor, Bradford, BD12 0UF the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannont, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure and that Kevin Brown (IP No. 17390) of ELS Advisory Limited, 31 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 3PD be and hereby is appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
