Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 April 2016 as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin Wilson and Tim Dolder, both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Exchange House, 494 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2EA, (IP Nos. 9478 and 9008) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
