At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 1A King Street, West Deeping, Peterborough PE6 9HP on 21 October 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special resolution and 2 as an Ordinary resolution.

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH , be appointed Liquidator of the Company"
