The advertisement in the Edinburgh Gazette on Friday 22nd June 2018, notice number 3053669 page 1175 of publication number 28043 was incorrect and is hereby corrected:-

Notice is hereby given that on 24 May 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow & Strathkelvin at Glasgow Sheriff Court by ALDERMORE BANK PLC (Company Number 00947662) a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 4th Floor, Block D, Apex Plaza, Forbury Road, Reading RH1 1AX craving inter alia that HUNTER ENVIRO LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC260246) and having its registered office at Hunter Environmental Village, Balmuildy Road, Glasgow G23 5HE (the “Company”), be wound up by the Court. The Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 5th June 2018, ordained any other persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification;

RETRACTION

Notice no. 3053669 published in The Edinburgh Gazette dated 22nd June 2018 headed:

“Petition to Wind Up (Companies)

HUNTER ENVIRO LIMITED”

is hereby retracted in its entirety and superseded by the correction above.
