NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to creditors within two months of the last date for proving which is 26 October 2021.

Creditors who have not already proved their debts must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators at KBL Advisory Limited, Stamford House, Northenden Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 2DH by 26 October 2021.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
