NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ruth Joanna Milloy of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 13 October 2022 at 11:15am for the purposes of deciding on the appointment of the Liquidator, approving the unpaid pre appointments fees and expenses, approving the fees and expenses of the Liquidation and deciding if a Liquidation Committee should be established.
