At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 5 Wormwood Street, London, EC2M 1RQ on 24 April 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 24 April 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Trevor John Binyon and Steven John Parker as Joint Liquidators.
