A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Suite 1, Noble House, Mount Hill Lane, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8SU presented by ASHLEY HOUSE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED whose registered office address is situate at c/o Begbies Traynor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds LS1 2HJ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 16 November 2020 and will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 1 December 2021 at 12.00 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 30 November 2021.
