A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Suite 1, Noble House, Mount Hill Lane, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 8SU presented by ASHLEY HOUSE PLC (In Administration) whose registered office address is situate at C/o Begbies Traynor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 27 May 2021 and will be heard In the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Monday, 7 March 2022 at 14:00 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Friday, 4 March 2022.
