At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 2 Bradley Road, Milford on sea, SO41 0AZ on 2 March 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

“That Peter Hall (IP No. 3966) of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, S016 7NP and Carrie James (IP No. 16570) of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”.
