A petition to wind up the above named company Highersafe Group Limited of Unit 6 Sterling Business Park, Park Farm Road, Scunthorpe, United Kingdom DN15 8QP (Registered Office) presented on 14 February 2019 by Jackson Mechanical Services (U.K.) Limited, of 34 Coldharbour Lane, Harpenden, Herts, United Kingdom AL5 4UN (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 3 April 2019 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
