"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew David Haslam (IP No. 9551) and Antonya Allison (IP No. 23270) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, F17 Evolve Business Centre, Cygnet Way, Houghton le Spring, Tyne and Wear, DH4 5QY be and are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."
