A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 32 Lichfield Street, Walsall, WS1 1TJ  presented on 28 July 2021 by WHITE OAK UK (CBILS) LIMITED whose registered office is at Second Floor, HQ Offices, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester, CH1 2NP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Liverpool, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on 9 November at 10:45 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). This hearing will proceed by telephone.

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 8 November 2021.
