At a general meeting of the members of above-named company, duly convened and held via Video conference on 15 February 2022 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Paul Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be nominated Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly or severally.”
