At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held on 25 October 2019 at Nunns Farm, Catmere End, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB11 4JL the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
