At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 23 Cadogan Square, London, SW1X 0HU on 4 October 2022 at 3.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
