"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 009614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
